UC Light Sampling Program – Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in ESTTECH's UC Light Sampling Program. This form helps us collect the information needed to evaluate your eligibility and prepare a tailored sample program agreement.

We ask that all sampling applicants commit to operate our under-canopy fixtures for up to 90 days, after which we will follow up to discuss your results.

Once submitted, our team will follow up directly with the sample program agreement, shipping details, and terms.
